What to do in case of WRONG CODE.

Sometimes our providers will give us wrong codes for some of the IMEIs we send them. In order for them to correct them or refund the credits, you will need to provide the following information ONLY if you are using the old server, version 1.97 because for the new server, version 5.0 there is a verify button in the history which automatically sends this information to the provider:

1. The username you have in allgsmunlock server
1. Phone model
2. IMEI of the phone
3. The method of unlocking you have selected (by IMEI or by Operator) and if it is by operator, then what operator.
4. The code you have received
5. A link with the video proof, which needs to be created by following these instructions:
You must type *#06# (or any other way of displaying the IMEI on the phone's LCD) on the phone then wait 5-10 seconds until we can clearly see and read the IMEI of the phone displayed. Also, if possible, the operator logo the phone is locked to should be visible.
Insert, in the same phone, a SIM card which is not currently accepted by the phone
Wait 5 seconds until we can clearly see and read the message displayed by the phone
Enter the code received by the server, VERY SLOWLY, and the keys being pressed (or touched) must be clearly seen in the video as the code is entered into the phone
If you get an error message, wait 5 seconds so we can clearly see this message
Please, I can't stress this enough, make sure the video is focused and the codes, messages, IMEI are all visible on the phone's display

For the new server, just press the VERIFY button in your history next to the job you want to be checked:

Hello sir with all due respect something must be wrong with the software if before we had a verify button but now we don't. I have tried the tutorial from the link but I haven't been able to send any verification yet. Please look into these codes I posted earlier for me. I greatly appreciate your hard work as usual. CONNECT, then go to: Setup -> Personal Info -> Show -> Reset Activation and when the client restarts enter the code you should already have in your email. Delete all files from PENDING and FINISHED folders from the allgsmunlock folder.
Go in HISTORY, select INVALIDS then click SORT BY, do the same for STATUS, then download all the tickets you have there, clcik download for a job there, window will close, open it again and click download for another job and so on.
