Yes phone its 100% vodafone spain network locked. (i hawe original sim card and phone working with this.) I allso received one wrong code with unlock by imei service.
I whant my credit back. I can make a video if necesary with original vodafone spain sim. I allso mention free unlock solution for hp 6515 from xda forum. (i done many 6515 with this, but this not worcking with vodafone spain devices.)

For SFR France, the service is late, because our provider is having some problems getting the codes. We are still waiting for all SFR codes, just like you are sir.

Credits refunded since there was no other way of getting a correct code or to unlock tat device by logfile.
