I have tried everything.I don't know what else to do. I keep getting errors when flashing a ruu and such. I've tried so many different things it's becoming a blurr As of right now I have an unlocked bootloader and hboot 1.57 s-on and twrp recovery. I've been spending hours and days trying to figure this out. The phone boots to a white htc screen and that's it. Before it would act like it had a rom but no touch, black screen with navigation bar only. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I realized your methed step by step (HTC One M7 4.4.2 S-off)
I had :
The first bottle is open
chugging..........
whelp, that bottle is empty, opening bottle 2
...............
...............
chugging..........
whelp, that bottle is empty, opening bottle 12

all out of bottles and still no buzz reboot device by holding power and try again

I repeated the cycle 3 times, I had all time the same result :
adb wait-for-device push firewater /data/local/tmp
adb shell
su
chmod 755 /data/local/tmp/firewater
/data/local/tmp/firewater

Hi, remember that not all kernel are compatible with FREE procedure, if was easy get S-OFF all and only with these steps
Try and try changing Room, Kernel, and try many times if want for FREE, can be you are lucky at first attempt how is possible you configuraction isn't compatible and have need days or weeck, but i can say that work 100%, basic steps are these, now is you ability get S-OFF,

P.d. if not want wait and have this S-OFF in 2 min.s must need BOX.

1) You have to unlock bootloader

2) Flash recovery with this file "philz_touch_6.48.4-m7spr.img"

3) Download this ROM "Bad_Boyz_Sprint_ONE_Sense_6_v1.0.zip"

adb past it to phone. if your htc cant power on in normal
just put the in revovery mode connected to pc, open cmd and type:
(to do easy place the ROM to C:// location)
cd\ [Enter]
adb devices [Enter] (to check device is connected to pc)
adb push Bad_Boyz_Sprint_ONE_Sense_6_v1.0.zip /sdcard/ [Enter] wait few minutes.
After flash phone via recovery and dont forget to wipe too
Htc will power on normal

4) To S-OFF, you need to flash kernel
download it here : https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23329332407568531.
Flash it via recovery
After done use "Firewater s-off"

5) You can get an error when flashing htc with Sprint_HTC_One_m7wls_1.29.651.10_RUU.
At this time you may flash you hboot to change version
get this "hboot_hexed.zip" and flash cmd command:
Put in fastboot and connect to pc
Type :
fastboot devices
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip hboot_hexed.zip
fastboot reboot

Now you can proccess your downgrade and your Ruu will work fine.

6) You know that you can do to sim unlock it if you need to get phone unlocked gsm

It's :
Unlocked
HBoot : 1.57
OS:6.12.163.5

Can I flash a sprint rom and kernel to obatin the S-OFF ?

No you cannot, try with other Kernel, you can do S-OFF but have need right Rom and Kernel matching with Firewater, need to ceck procedure Step by Step and find good Rom and Kernel, i've done for test 6/7 pieces, after for work speed i use Box, but this procedure is Part of Box steps

I not use any Box for gain S-OFF, only for One X Intern. use Java Card, use Search button if you want know for BOX, are tired?
