Off course...you not have S-OFF phone but only Supercid...what are done for put phone in this ERROR?...Hboot 1.44 can get S-OFF with "Rumrunner" easy, but you phone isn't S-OFF, i think you have get one command for re-put S-ON from S-OFF....becouse you cannot write Supercid, (11111111), with S-ON phone...

Loock here it's wrong and is obvius ROM not match more with CID, is S-ON cannot flash any ROM:

This Procedure NOT is more working becouse "Firewater" is DEAD!!!

Procedure isn't for CDMA M7 but for M7_International, GSM M7_UL...so how want unlock Bootloader here?..you in Wrong thread goes in CDMA HTC becouse you phone isn't GSM Network...but you HTC is CDMA Japan Network so you can ceck links above but Not here.
