Copy the file to pen drive ( zip file )
Plug in to otg cable ( pen drive)
Boot in to recovery
Select install
Click path and and select otg or sd card
And click the zip file installation will begin and follow the instructions

ok thanks i'll try to fix it.

My HTC will not read any flash pen via USB ,i did try on another pen and the same,phones are no reading flash pens,and from recovery i don't know why i can't see the SD card to flash custom rom.,i can only flash via fastboot as adb will not see the device

I mange to install a custom recovery and make it read sd card , but i need a android version that is stable i have try cm but it's restarting and it's not reading my sim card.

You are S-OFF so not have problem to downgrade/upgrade, this is one SENSE 6 ROM , can flash easy with fastboot command or after recovery installed,(from above link), by Usb Otg

Installed Sense 6 and it's booting into system and when i unlock the phone i can only see a white screen with HTC then after some time the phone is restarting and it's not working..

Must need of flash also Firmware that match with same Rom, in this link you have many Rom Sense based try with one more low, you are S-OFF can try

I have the same device,do you have a working android on it to help me please,i need a copy of the android as i can't find a working version for it.

All version have the same problem,they are not working im afraid ,i don't know what to do,maybe somebody with same can help me with a copy of android so i can restore it.

If you read good the first link that i've gave you, where is wrote "HERE", is the only side where you can find solution, last attempt in Jtag this device, if is supported from Riff or Easy Jtag,

Have explained in all mode that you device ISN'T GSM device but Verizon Japan version, so if you cannot change anythingh that isn't Verizon...CDMA device, understand now?,
All CDMA device work in different mode from a GSM/UMTS device, also here you not are in Right section anymore, is been done an exception answering all your question HERE in Non CDMA section.
