please close the another software on your computer what is use the adb, for example special root software. That is the reason why you get this error.

What is wrong with the payment service? im tring to buy 12 months Samsung licence and i get "An error occurred" message every time i try to proceed to payment.

Can you please tell me how i can sort this out.

Please first login to our webpage.
Please go to "Shop" Menu, and if you scroll down, you can see "Activate" Button below the "Buy" button, just click on the activate button, after that our site will ask you to make sure you really want to activate, click yes, and your licence is activated.
