my account easypc
is locked on chimera plz need help to open it coz i format my pc and then i cant open my account i have license for one year

Dear User,

Two factor authentication is designed to be a separate security layer for your account, than what we ourselves provide.
If you have issues regarding the two factor authentication, you will have to contact the support of the 2FA provider you were using (Google, Authy), as our intervention would compromise the security layer they provide.

This computer is locked because it is associated with an account that is locked for violating the end user licence agreement with USB sharing.
Please use a different computer.

hi dear ;
i found a problem with my login this morning
the server says no user ????!!!!
my user is tarik-1985
please look what is the problem
i can't reset it from email i've tried all
thank you in advance resolcing my case

You were probably trying to reset your password using an incorrect email address.

I just renewed my license, I also have an authenticator, I have two PCs, one at home and one at work, the one at work I used with an authenticator, the one at home at night with user and pass, now that I renew I try to run with a key authenticator and I get this message,YOU HAVE A LICENSE,BUT A DIFFERENT COMPUTER IS ATTACHED TO IT. YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR CURRENTLY ATTACHED COMPUTER HERE., my user and pass uses this id CLIENTE-PC-98e7a(CLIENTE-PC-98e7a) (May 13, 2024), I want my authenticator to work on any PC, because that's why I bought it ,thank you, my user: alexitogsm

Dear User,

We have attached your licence to your Authenticator.
To make sure your licence is always usable with the Authenticator, you will have to login with it every time, instead of your username/password.
