Hi , I just had to reinstall windows and i forgot my password its been so long since ive had to manually enter it. anyways. I cannot do a forgot password request because i dont have access to the original email i used when i bought my subscription ... i have all my information and my computer will still be authorized once i log in..

my username is Drastik250 pm me for the rest of my info please.

Forget my last post.. I miraculously managed to recover access to my email address i registered with. So i managed to reset my password.. thanks

I got this error: handshake error 6 and my ip in website is blocked!! can you help me?

your time and date settings are correct?
It is worth to turn off your firewall and antivirus software for the time of the log in.
