Your IMEI on mobile shows zeroes, have you repaired it? What do you see with *#06# two imeis or one? Your phone is set to double sim, and the problem may be related to firmware if it does not show double IMEI and from that may be network lock problem as well. You sure it is L21AF or you have rebranded it?

An Imei is displayed on the phone, which is 0000.
These files are correct, they contain the Preloader and Cust files, the flash file is burned properly, either with Dc Phoenix or with a memory card, when I get the information with hcu in Testpoint mode imei and model and other information is correct

Please do this:
1. Restart HCU software.
2. Login with your account on software.
3. Right click on memo area make sure "enable debug logging" has a check mark.
4. Detect your device. Try to network/sim unlock, after attempt do rest of the steps
5. Right click on memo area and save "debug log file".
6. Send that file to me, please.
