- I connect Testpoint
- Then temporary unlock bootloader
- Device reboots to Fastboot mode after bootloader unlock
- I load firmware files and click Update in Fastboot mode
- Program writes Rescue recovery partition to phone in Fastboot mode
- The program is then supposed to reboot the phone into UPGRADE MODE to write the full firmware

- Phone does not go into UPGRADE MODE even with key press

Phone is dead

Do you select correct firmware files as specified above? Ones in your screenshot are too low version. You need to use standard not advanced method. and preload/cust firmware files are of different version than the one selected on top field?

Go to directory of HCU, in bootloader folder delete existing files, restart HCU, try again, make sure you have stable internet connection, otherwise files may get corrupted, antivirus or firewall may be a problem as well.

BOOTLOADER UNLOCK

FLASH ERROR

Will flashing board firmware help?

If yes, which file?

Turn off phone, then short TestPoint on phone pcb

You must get same phone with IMEI and read from it cert and OEM info partition and write to demo phone, then write to demo phone stock firmware same as is in OEM info partition customisation in update mode that all.
