I mean that i get me another mate20 that is fully working, how can i use the software to fix the bricked mate 20?

You can get certificate file by detecting it on HCU via testpoint. See guides on hcu page.
To get partitions backup may use dc-phoenix: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/dcphoenix-emmc-dump

I have another problem. My mate 20 stuck in test point. Even when i reboot the phone it goes directly to TP. Anyone a solution ?

After what it got stuck in testpoint mode? Maybe you used "enable software testpoint" or did something else to device?
