v370 contains fix for kirin659 based devices where imei remained all 0 or network relocked.

Need to detect phone based on same cpu/chip, then can use it's certificate stored in hcu directory for P30 lite.

OTA update working for Software TP ?
Add OTA Flash support in upgrade mode and fastboot and SW TP for more solutions to users

If you want to change model/country/vendor then you should do it on HCU.

Not quite clear, but if you are asked for firmware during enable testpoint process, then need original stock rom Update.APP file.

OTA update files do not work for software tp enable.

Bootloader FB lock: locked
Bootloader User lock: locked

Have you followed steps from this guide https://hcu-client.com/huawei-bootlo...via-testpoint/ not quite sure what you did select on software.
