3. Go to "Service"--> "Universal"
4. Choose "Factory Reset" from drop down menu
5. Choose "Auto" from Flash Mode
6. Dissemble and find the Text Point
7. Click on "Execute"
8. Connect device to computer using USB Data Cable.
