Post wrong flashed 3310 v.4.06, How to repair ???

I flashed my 3310 v 4.06 with a 4.06B full flash and it doesn't accept any sim card.
After reading all post on this forum talking about v4.06, i know now (i think it's not too late ... hmm) that B means Ben lock (dutch) ...
I know that B flash file begins at 0020000 and ends at 00400000. a normal full flash begins at 00200000 and ends at 003D0000.
How to repair ? I didn't make any backup.
