Member: 39609 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | 3510i Sim Card Problem or Dead Phone? I have a nokia 3510i which was locked to T-Mobile and Virgin (UK). I have unloacked with code 7 but when I put my O2 sim card into the phone it says SIM NOT READY. It works occasionally but then the massage sim not ready comes up and it shows the signal bar as being zero. The Sim works 100% in my 3310. I have also tried a Vodaphone (UK) sim as well which works ok 90% of the time. But I really need the phone on the O2 (UK) network. Have I cocked up the unlock or should I try a different code. As you can guess I am new to this and really am stuck. |

Member: 39609 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Sorted Hi Guys, Took a closer look at the phone to find that the sim contacts were slighly twisted. With a small pair of tweezers I gently moved the contacts a little and hey presto!! 100% working!! So now I can use either my O2 or Vodaphone sims 100%!! Hope this helps some one out there!! |
