8310 blinks On & Off

i have an 8310 that does not display anything. when you try & switch it on, it only blinks On & Off continously without showing anything on dispay, (it does like when flashing a Siemens).

Any helpers please? What do i need coz i only have an unlocking cable. Also is it true that if you open inside the 8310, it will never switch on again?

Its better mate to have a DCT4 flasher, this could solve your problem, a software upgrade may do best on your phone.

You can try NEELIX - II but so far box is too high as well GRIFFIN Box.
