Reball means to re-make the solder balls under the BGA (Ball Grid Array)IC's that are installed in most phones available ...reballing involves...removal of the old solder balls under the BGA and installation of new balls with the help of a BGA reballing KIT....it sure sounds easy .....but doing it is a different thing ....and needs a lot of practice. You need a HOT AIT STATION....and other tools ...like a soldering station ....and other hand tools rgds |
