Hi, dear friends!

Does anyone know how to work with EMMI?

I bought a used EMMIBOX FULL, but I just to know how to unlock with Gate23!

I would like to know how can I use it to upgrade new software/change versions.

do you want to upgrade phone version or emmi box version?
if you want to upgrade phone's version,as follow:

1.run motoflex8.X
2.dowanload hex file to emmi box and you must check checksum.
3.press flash phone now.and start to flash phone about 3-5 minutes.
4.that is all.

Ok, but I already tried and it gave an error, I have heard it that I must use the correct flash (file), how do I know what file should I use?

And what does it mean p.e. version F0.10.75?

I know that is something about the lang pack and the Rom ( I think), do you have some info about all the versions?

If you want to upgrade EMMI box ,you must download in UNIX operation computer,and have high version EMMI firmware.

If that so,you can upgrade the EMMI box.

But my EMMI box is full box and it work with Motoflex V8.x
It have version is 725000 at now I want to write it to ver sion 625000 or version 650000.
I have flash file and file for EEPROM of EMMI box but it in *.bin so I want to change it to Hex to use option update of motoflex to update it.
Who can help me?

the oldest method is unsolde the 28F800 in your EMMI box and write the file of 625000 with programmer like LT-48,if your emmi box is same as normal.that is use *.HEX files.

why do you want to downgrade em,mi box firmware ??

i think this is a bad idea, as it may allow downgrade ...

but it will have trouble with flash loader for new flash i.c.s in new handsets ???
