I know this is an old post but i've just found it and feel i should say this.
If you are using windows XP or 2K trying to talking to 127.0.0.1 whle NOT running a local web server can create slowdowns as your computer will keep trying this address untill it times out.
A simple way to get around this is to set the ip to 0.0.0.0 The computer see's it as an invaild ip and instantly times out. This is a useful trick for programs like spybot that can add known sites that download spyware. spybot by default uses 127.0.0.1 but as i stated above slows down some websites. All i do is load up "notepad.exe %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" without the quotes from start run, press CTRL+H (find and replace) and replace 127.0.0.1 with 0.0.0.0
NOTE: if you use replace all remember to set 0.0.0.0 localhost back to 127.0.0.1

Like i said this is an old post but thought i would try and help

I've downloaded all files, but after extracting them to the BlueSoleil folder, I realized they all have the same file name. For my purposes (making a Socketcom USB adapter work with a Plantronics P590), this didn't work. I then just extracted the first one and that worked like a charm.

(Many thanks to lidouf.)

The address that it is trying to connect to is in fact license.bluesoleil.com - I would recommend you block it with either a firewall or the hosts file.

Lidouf,

Thanks SO much for this. I have spent so many hours trying to get this Bluetake BT007ex to work properly. They provide the Toshiba BT stack, but that doesn't allow AVRCP to control anything but Windows Media Player. WinXP's builtin stack and Wildcomm stacks both fail to detect my headphones at all. Only Bluesoleil works for everything, but I had almost given up hope of getting the non-trial version when I found your patch. Again, thanks!

If you've read this far here's the one your looking for

For newbies (being one myself) this really works and if you read this far then like me you probably didn't know how to preform the actual procedure of patching the software. Here's the short and sweet of it
1. download software and install (I've tried it with both voip and regular versions it works fine on both bluesoleil.com)
2. download software to decompress .rar files (I used winrar download.com)
3. select all 3 files from the first post of this killer thread and download to your desktop
4. select all 3 files from your desktop right click and extract them to the folder your bluesoleil program installed to (will be somthing like c:\programfiles\ivtsoftware\bluesoleil)
5. your computer will ask you if you want to replace duplicate files, you want to choose yes to all.
6. after extraction is complete start bluesoleil software and enjoy ultimate bluetooth connectivty.
Thanks again lidouf and everyone else who contributed to this thread

Hi all!! Sorry for my bad english...

I've just installed Bluesoleil with the crack...
...but when Windows starts appear a message that says "Questa versione di Bluesoleil non supporta Voip plugin" (translated more o less is "this version of bluesoleil doesn't support the voip plugin")
...then the icon of the voip-plugin disappear...
Then I can re-open the voip plugin and all goes right...
But what is this message?
It appears on your pc's too?

Thank you...
Bye...

OK, vitucciog, I have met the same question, And I tried the origin version(unpatched version), and I was hint the same info, so i doubted it maybe bugs of this software, of courz it maybe also bugs of the patched file. however, I think I should spend some time on finding the reason and solving this trouble.

Ok, so i installed the bluesoleil software, overwrote the .exe with the one from the patch. But when I run the bluesoleil, and then connect my usb dongle (kensington 2.0), the software does not seem to detect it, I only get the add new hardware window from windows (XP PRO SP2) and usb drivers from bluesoleil directory don't work. Should I edit the files that were mentioned before to include my VID and PID (VID_047D&PID_105E) as they are not included?

Sorry if this is dumb question as I am new to all of this, any help would be greatly appreciated...
