Hi got a 7610 that is in contact retailer,sometimes can format user area can flash ok but cannot flash pm,someone pls any ideas

100 % flash Ic damage, change the flash ic 100 % tested

Try format user area manually - press "*" + "3" + "green dial key" and "power on" buttons at the same time (power on phone with 3 buttons pressed).

please how do u change the flash ic and how do u get a replacement for it , for pople like us here in yola, Nigeria

you can replace it with the Rework station (3-in-1). You can get the Ic in Nigeria.Pm me for details.
