Hi , does smb got a success with repair Phone failed contact retailer RH 51 ?
even formating manualy not help (its make formating ,then when screen become black fully ,its freeze with text formating for very very long time)
Contact retailer beocme after FULL ERASE FLASH with UFS , then i reflash mcu+ppm + pm . nothing help .
Any information welcome.

flash the phone with mcu,ppm,pm and then format user area and all be ok !!

Try to connect to griffin and then execute Factory set LM function.
Otherwise try to press info with ufs and check if both imei will appear
If not you gotta order for an rpl to rebuild it.

Could you say why you've performed full erase first ?
What was the fault prior to this ?

I just flashed it with mcu + ppm + pm ,then made all UI options .

Why i do FLASH EARSE .
I changed UEM ,and writed new rpl , but imei was ????????// ,even with old UEM when i put it back .so i tryed reflash it and made flash erase .At the moment IMEI ok (thx to Ben) but phone contact retailer.

Maybe flash chip damaged ? maybe i can try FLASH ERASE with UFS special area ? but need adresses where USER area placed. that phone cost me 500 usd ,so i would like to revive it anyway -

Well I know IMEI is in the uem otp area but it's also in the flash chip ! In 7610 too, right ?
You've erased the whole flash, so you gotta rebuild the flash imei area. Just if you're your UEM is ok 100%
You can ask another "flash imei rpl" and fix it like that.

By the way you can try this to rebuild it and then confirm us if it really works with 7610s asic.

Flash don't help. old trick with whines flash(like 7650) won't help.
Griffin the only one that help...erase Factory LM and then full factory reset

For this problem forget UFS3---Won't help ...tested by me on few phones

i did try to erase user area with this command *#,3 but after formating its dosnt work error is still here so plz tell me what i do
