I had already ask the consent my reseller to open the FG casing to take pics on its pcb

Please find time to set eyes on the pic of my pcb to the link below

Where is the dongle located?

Well as far as I know inside the box you have USB ports right?

If so the box it's empty and your reseller send you empty box

Contact you reseller he sold you an empty box without dongle inside !
return it to him and ask for a working box

If its an empty box, why is it that the box function at first

I even update it and get box licence from support

but after software exits then run again here comes the problem

no card-reader(s) found

your dongle is dead ask your reseller for replacement or repair

I dont think you have seen the latest FG production. Dongle is built in PCB. Older models is dongle is plugged in usb port inside box.

Guys, thank you for the input and concern regarding my FG box problem

I had already send it back to my reseller my FG.

I hope I can get a good result because I bought this brand new expensive box for peace of mind

I'll keep you updated for the result...
