protection card eror EE005. Help please! - GSM-Forum

my sc dongle sc open mistake to give protection card eror EE005 this what ??
I have update driver but same protection card eror EE005 .
I have SC conected in computer USB and same with SC. I kan read SC to.
But when I start program always erorr.

Please how to resolve this problem.

Please mister Gobi,

Give me one advice now is tre month without vigys.
Only card eror EE005.

open your box and clean the sim card inside your box then put it back again..then try pls..hope it helps..

Thanks for advice.
I have clean the sim card. I have dongle and there is no sim card inside box.
I have check every contact on sim reader an inside box.
I have tray on other computer.
I have uninstal driver and install them.
I kan read sim with SC and nothing more.

The error you mention is totally un-typical.
I think you must contact your reselelr to check and if needed replace your device.

most probably the smartcard is ok, and the pcb (box) can be the problem there.
