To GsmServer,

Kindly attend to request for support ticket.I bought Vygis 2 weeks ago and I have with me the gadget now I've been requesting support ticket for three days now but with no respond. You email says within 24 hrs I will be receiving the password but three days has expired so thats 36 hrs already. I cannot post the tracking ID for security reason so please make a quick response. Kindly check your support ticket request

You have 2 AUTOMATIC support links, where you don't need any password.

So, just download from there the necessary supporter software, copy the reg file in the same directory and connect the dongle to the pc ==> and you allready can connect .

I already gone to those site and allready downloaded those support access softwares but when I open the sofware ," Registration fileXXXXX _Lg.dat not found", appears. What I am waiting from GsmServer is the reg. file they provide so thatI can open the support access. I still don't have the REG. FILE.

you have to sent your dongle serial no. 1st to [email protected].

Thank you Meldon. I was never told to do that, I already sent an email and we'll
wait for the respond. Hope it will not take too long for an answer.

You really sent me a new email. An email directing me to open my support ticket at GsmServer. And when I go that ticket there is no Reg.dat.file indicated but ticket directing me to open my email.Where is the Reg.dat.file? Please I AM ASKING FOR THE REGISTRATION DAT FILE NOT AN EMAIL RESPONSE!!!

GsmServer where are you? *******rs are waiting to have their phones openlined. Please VYGIS TEAM attend to your resellers and make them good provider of your product and see to it that *******rs are fully satisfied with their service

Really, I have sent activation files to your e-mail yesterday. I cannot post here e-mail address used for security reasons. To eliminate all missunderstandings send me once again in PM correct e-mail address and Vygis serial number.

If you have buyed from him the VygisToolbox, then he will have to give you the reg files too ..

And i have no doubts that he will provide this to his customers.
