please can any one show me how can i repair this problem....

i could not connect the phone the phoneix give me this masseage..

I think RH-19 ( N3100) don't support USB Flasing.

Try to connect your Phone via FBUS connection ( RJ45 cable) to the PBB2 and
you have to choose the good virtual COM port .

yes iam using RJ45 cable and the phone in test mode!!!!

Go Manage Connections and check your data. You should see the same COM port like in FLS Virtula port in the Control Panel. Very important to move FBUS COMX to the top of the list in the connection menu.
