MY PBB dongle is bad.

when I reinstall the program,it spear: installation can not continue
without a dongle,insert Nokia dongle and
click Retry to re-detect the ndongle or Canle to exit the installation.
But yesterday my dongle is good.
after I used the Blackbox tool to online update,my dongle is bad.
PKD Serial number:
PKD Serial number length: 05
FLS Serial number: 262629
FLS Max counter: 1000
FLS counter: 14215287
PBB firmware version: 08

can not startup the soft of Nokia(PBB).
but can startup the soft of NEC.for NEC is good.
please help me.

i think you posted the same other places and you got many solutions from zuela.

why posting more.
or you didnt get it well till now????

for Phoenix SW you should read more and install it on fresh win XP + SP1 or on win2000 + SP3 without other applications or heavy load of other software
and install fls4 driver and flash update package and install phoneix one by one from older to latest and for sure it will work and connect your PBB direct to Parallel port without any cable between....and it should work..unless get friend to help!!!

PBB is not like plug and play emulator..it needs some work and more knowledge..
and if you read all posts about how to install it for sure you should intsall it in easy way..
