I think you're right. Also they boot funny and don't show the startup animation. Then they seem to be off but are on when you click a button.

I am going to test more phones

thats correct, same here, no start up animation and charging if switched off works but if pressed any button phone light comes on and shows that phone is on and not off, charging ok. i guess better do the restore track. and also no fast 460800 usb flashing working only com1 115200 and take a lot of time. faster is restore track and high speed flash for me.

Hi,

It looks like hw damaged phone (software can't detect flash chip type correctly).
What is phone condition and history ?

phones tested and bugs detected

J100 , c139 , c116

phones pwr on but without any logo and without lights , in b/w display not big problem but in color display its big problem bcs u cant detect if the phone its really pwr on only if u touch another key of keypad.

phones dont charge if the battery its totally empty , phones only charge when phone its pwr on.

Confirmed 100%.

Of course this is a solution. Since Infinity has created an alternate way though, it is good for them to know the issues that we encounter so that perhaps they can fix them.
