Can U Check Activation Status For My Dongle


Recently I Renew My Dongle...As Per My Reseller Renewal Done But When I Upgrade My Dongle Firmware Show "Server answer:[0007] No updates found for your Smart-Card. DO NOT try more today !"

Can U Check Activation Status For My Dongle Serial No (S/N): 44037383

I think there is little mistake here, you should select RENEWAL instead of ACTIVATION.

But order date is: 2017-03-07 (3 years ago)


I suggest you to contact to seller and double check situation with him

Hello Friend Yes I Take CM2 Activation For My CDMA In 2017 Now I Give Order Only For Renewal To Reseller He Send Me This Screenshot Is This Screenshot For Renewal Or CM2 Activation For 1st Time On CDMA Card...What If Reseller Mistakenly Process Cm2 Activation For CDMA Instead Of Renewal...?I Ask Reseller He Say Both Are Same..Can u Attach Screenshot Which Option Is Use For Renew CM2 Dongle (CDMA Card Type)...

Hello,
Renewal is same for any main Infinity-Box/Dongle, whether it's activated on Infinity [BEST] or Infinity CDMA-Tool.
Once main Infinity-Box is activated user just need to select renewal.
Seems here your reseller has processed new activation order instead of renewal.
BTW you should also know there is also some amount difference in new activation and renewal- https://www.infinity-box.com/price/
Now ask your reseller to correct it by contacting team.
And for renewal it needs to select- Infinity-Box/Dongle 1 year Updates/Support Renew, Chinese Miracle-2 included or Infinity-Box/Dongle 2 years Updates/Support Renew, Chinese Miracle-2 included

I Talk With Reseller He Told Me Need To Wait 48 Hours He Will Add Ticket To Solve Issue He Mistakenly Do Wrong Activation Process Instead Of Renew ..Better If Team Add 200 Credit To My IOS Account So I Can Use It For Activate My Dongle ....Request To Team Kindly Do This Process As Priority As I Am Already Struggling From Past 2 Days N My Work Also Effect...

Activation takes 1-3 minutes but not 48 hours.

Please contact to your seller and ask him to add credits to your IOS account and after that you can order activation via IOS web page and get it done instantly.

What do you mean " Payment Already Made To Team" ?
You paid to your SELLER and SELLER DO NOT PROCESS your order.
Please clear the issue with your seller.

HI Thanks For Ur Reply But Strange Part I Activate My Cm2 On MY CDMA With Different Reseller Now I Make Order For My Renew To Some Other Reseller How Anyone Can Get My Older Activation Job N Screenshot (In Process N Completed Both Screenshot) Means He Makes Order Which Is Already Completed So System Not Take It As New Or Valid Order...He Told Me He Mistakenly Placed Order For CM2 Activation For CDMA Card...Ok I Will Wait N Told Seller To Contact To Team To Solve Issue..
