i have infinity best dongal. and activated cm2 tool. but only working 1.58v version only . contact infinity team but not answer correct any help

I am sure you have got an answer from team !
team always answer so if you get no answer it means you have used wrong way to contact !

I tried it on another pc and another card-reader but the problem is not solved

As I can see you did not tried to update card since 23 Jan so it looks like you are making or writing something wrong.

after last update dongle manager freeze and close buy it self . now all infinity product work fine but hua not working

- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202

Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader)

The next steps are:

- run DongleManager
- update Dongle firmware


IMPORTANT: only ONE update try is allowed so in case of problem DO NOT try to update card again !

After long time when todys i used infinity best i have face this problems

Smart-Card update process may takes up to 4-5 minutes to complete.

During update process software may seem hanging but please DO NOT close or terminate forcely application.
It may cause harm to your Smart-Card. Just let the process to be finished.
- Connect Infinity Box/Dongle (Smart-Card) to PC
- Disconnect all other Boxes/Dongles (Smart-Card) from PC
- Update Smart-Card Reader drivers to latest version
- Disable Antivirus and Firewall
- DO NOT interrupt update process even if you think that software is freez !

you can not "try many card reader" because server allow ONLY ONE TRY and after first fail server do not allow to try more to avoid damaged card.
do you understand thisn perfect idea ?

so I suggest you follow the previous instruction exactly !
