\program files\renesas electronics\usb 3.0 host controller driver\application\nusb3mon.exe

- Disable this process
- delete fault.bn file
- update dongle firmware with DongleManager now
and then run Infinity software.

Team is working to fix this compatibility issue.

Thank you, have done it like that and now is working. Didn't have any problem before that with that process.
