There is a software conflict with this application:
\program files\avast software\avast\aswidsagent.exe



Try to disable it and then run Infinity software again.

i disable avast and reset fault.bin and i try they work
but i will be delete avast and install other antivirus to be work good

btw, avast sell user's data to many companies. You can make google search about that. Be careful with avast !

try To Update Cm2,getting error now no connect
 

I used the latest dongle manger update, tried some processing that error was given, now dongle is not connected nor getting updated Now I am opening Cm2 Mtk Qualcomm B, so smart-card is not active, it is not coming open.

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

IMPORTANT: only ONE update try is allowed so in case of problem DO NOT try to update card again !
