Not helpful what about the user who purchased activation on march 2020 for two years they got stuck there money and dongle activation for two years please give them special favour give them cm2 sm module update for free who purchased 2 years activation in the month of february or march 2020 & what happens if #carona virus last for more two months

Dear Sir,

"user who purchased activation on March 2020 for two years" get two month additianal support the same way as other users so support period for that users will be extended up to May 2022

Dear Sir,It is very big problem if Internet is offline. The only way in this situation - ask somebody to download software and send you somehow sd-card with software.

It depends on expiry date of your dongle. Just update it and see result. Update procedure require very small traffice, even less than load one gsmhosting forum web page.
