i mean to say sir my card firmware was already on 137 before update and after update its still on 137 its mean after adding two extra month there is only 137 card firmware was released is it correct ?

yes you are right. It is because your support state is expired (even after we add 2 months to your account).
If you want to get latest firmware (0143 for today) and full access to support area you can renew support ordinary way as other users do.

But if you did not unerstand yet think about this: many people renewed support f.e. 01-Feb-2020, then covid comes and work stop, workshop closed and no work.
