Hello.
You not need do anything.

MT2 handle all this by UltraFlash. We removed debug info from logs, so, if really something bad happen - sw warn you about.

We remove also restriction for memtool in next version.

Yeah, eltima ones.

We will make fix in next release.

Solution for now :

most probably it trigerring to eusbstub driver subsystem ( eltima, donglify and other similar usb to ethernet drivers )
Try remove named driver from system32, reboot PC and check result.
Warning - such method of removing may damage whole usb subsystem, so,  first remove such software, after remove and still issue present,  possible to remove their left pieces

to use latest updates need card fw version 0.151
use latest dongle manager to update your card if support period is active it will be udpate to latest fw version
