Hwk is original and not manipulated, but shows error 9990 when checkbox
But when I try update box, it updates successful
Any idea Mr. Odia?

Pause your AV while trying to install the files from the server.

Then your HWK has been CORRUPTED or MANIPULATED in some way which cannot be repaired by the panel.
