After unlock 8600 no 3,6,9 button - GSM-Forum

Just unlocked 8600 and now the 3,6 and 9 buttons do not work. I have checked connedctor and ribbon, and all are ok...Can anyone advise of what to look for please...Regards

im think before unlock phone this keys is noth worked !
you tested phone before unlock ?

Yes, it was ok becauwse # not working either and this was used to check software version b4 unlocking!!

Have check ribbon and connector and all seem to be ok with no damage!

so do think it has anything to do with unlock?

I have done x6 8600 unlock since this one and all them are ok...

Think it may just be coincidence

Open th ephone back up, check you didnt leave any fingerprints on the ics, intenral shieldings/flex connectors, and rebuild it. Send too the nearest repair centre and hopefully they will fix it.

same problem, but mine were 1, 4, 7 and #, 100% flex problem!
