Member: 95745 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 10 | hello raheeeb i am new here. i have a problem. i can removed hagger, cobba,ccont, flash, ram, and can solder after reball. but i can;t remove glue ic cpu . pls help me . some times i tried to remove it but in vain . can;t remove it safely. some times damaged. or some times pcb tracks damaged. after removing cpu there are clots of glued shich is very hard. so pls help me how can i removed cpu safely and reball it and can fit it again . i hear that there is a lotion came in market which can remove glued ic. pls tell me how can i remove it and how can i remove cpu with lotion. pls help me in detail. i am from india punjab. i |
