Help for problem with usb-smart. - GSM-Forum

Thank you for the answer.
I use my usb-smart in my notebook, use the program "ussaccess_v10" and I go to the site-web, download the patch (U8380_V10B_Italy_PHONE_UNLOCK_PATCHED) for my LG 8380 but the program (zip) dowloaded is empty!!! (0 byte).
I use Win XP sp2, no firewall...
Can you help me?
