i have AMD64 and the dongle not work with this type ,how I access the support site ?

I have to AMD64 and it is working, I was having same trubble as you but with the new V2 drivers everything was ok.

what is the problem you are havin mate?

Ive had a problem installing on my desktop, which is not a 64bit chip, and ive found that neither v1 or v2 driver works!

Please post here your problem, and if its the same as mine, maybe we will be taken seriously and zulea will look for the problem

AMD64 too and when I put the dongle into an 7-1 usbhub it started to work ... No problems after that...

when i put the dongle in usb port ani I launch ussaccess_v10 .... Error Usb-Smart dongle read ID error after I install usb drover v2.0

does usb smart load up?

try using ussaccess v12

you cant get it mate, cos to login to usb smart site, u need dongle connected....

@ Bernie, stop smoking crack mate, there is v12 of usspassword, go and have a look if you dont beleive me

http://www.usb-smart.net/support/ is ver 1.0 and works only with usb smart dongle connected after that u run ussaccess_v10.exe and clik (go support)

pls setup drive for ur mother board

USB2
& try work in XP SP2
