problem with usb-smart , Zulea please help

i just buyed one USB-Smart dongle and when i run the ussacces v1.0 the software sees my serial number but when i press on GO SUPPORT button i get this fu....g error: ''USB-Smart dongle get PASSWORD ERROR!''.


PLEASE WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM ??? I REPEAT, THE SOFTWARE READ MY DONGLE SN. 0101****.

I TRIED ON SEVERAL COMPUTERS BOTH PLATFORM AMD OR INTEL AND THE SAME RESULT, BOTH USB 1.0 OR 2.0.

DO I NEED A DONGLE REPLACEMENT???? RESELLER, IRINEL, IS MY FRIEND , I ASKED HIM BUT YOU KNOW HOW BUSY HE IS AND HE TOLD ME TO CHECK THIS ON OTHER PC STATION AND IF NOT WORK HE WILL REPLACE IT.


DO I NEED THIS OR THERE IS SOMETHING I CAN DO AT MY PLACE?????

No friend you are doing nothing wrong, I think people need to lern how to read.
I have the same problem as you have and I put the dongel in one UBS-HUB instead and efter that I have hade no problem, I think that the problem is the power from computer is to low,Ofcourse the hub is powerd,

I dont if this work for you but it did for me.
