Hi

i am trying to connect a these models and it is not responding at all...

nothing...

i iwlll post logs soon...

these two models are supported, check cables plz also try to remove any other ftdi or usb device from computer, disconnect polar and connect again

on lg try factory reset than connect, i got same problem with lg 8210, n after fact reset, all ok.
e250 samsung is connecting well just check cable, but some version r not unlockable, even soft tell phone unlocked, but still locked, i think is new msl security n hope next update will be supported.

Connect powered off phone to box using the rj45 D800 cable.
Select apropriate model, press direct unlock and press the power on botton when software ask.
If have futher trouble, check and clean phone connector, Ensure no other Box/dongle is connected to Pc during operation.
U can also check connector with charger to be sure on communication.
