thk's polar team, i have receive back my 3 logs, but please if is possible try to fix this probleme for wrong code, many time customers give me sagems for unlock, after receives wrong codes, phone not unlocked and customers go back wiht his locked phones, annother unlocker do it wiht other box, this no good for us

Allway, big thank to polarteam programers for it hardwork

go in C/programfile/polar/logs folder and wan to verify my 100x log information, but I see the log wiht this name:SAG-411X, that is normal?
