I need the original firmware for Alcatel OT-985.While trying to gain root access I flashed the boot.img and now I've lost the IMEI code,it's NULL and I don't have network :S.So I will be very thankful if someone send me the firmware to try to reflash it again.Thanks

You must enter in support and download it.
Inside you will see all files available.

In case you not have polarbox, u will need to buy one, cos firmwares only will run with our software.

i've found thses files : alcatel - Browse Files at SourceForge.net which include many alcatel firmwares but...after downloading, i don't know how to proceed...or what else to do..

1 With the phone turned off* press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons* then press the END/POWER button shortly and release it. You will then see a message on the screen.

2 Release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.

3 Press the OK button ( green )
