I just tried again. I don't get it, I tried even with all dongles unplugged from pc. No chance. I sent log on pm.

hi i am also facing this problem with my c5-3 but not able to unlock it can detect the phone but when i press read code it says check tp even if i have pressed forced hs device

Ohh! at long last i have a solution after agrim struggle to unlock my c 5-2v with the error message thanks alot.We wil lenjoy this
