Explained a million times already, do this sir:

Reset your activation code: Support -> Personal Info -> Show -> Reset Activation, make sure you use the code you received in your e-mail the first time your account was created. Then the client will ask to restart - do this.
Go in the installation folder of the client and delete all the files in the FINISHED JOBS folder, here: /program files/allgsmunlock/finished jobs
After you have done this, select HISTORY from the menu in the client then click SHOW. You will see a list of ticket files, you need to click download for each of them and all your completed jobs will be there.

Hi sir.
I sent the code to be verifyied for 2 days ago but stil no anserver (time to receive code its "instant"), today customer come to my shop and ask for his phone.... Please give me good code or restore my credis back.....

The usual time for verification is 72 hours, weekends not included.
You will have to wait until the supplier checks this and in most cases the credits are automatically restored.
