What option have you selected in allgsm?
You probably requested mtbox activation for bb5+ plus, in which case there is no user/pass and no credits, the box with the serial you provide is activated for unlock bb5+ phones for free.
Be more careful when selecting options in the future!

This option will be added under SPECIAL SERVICES -> GRIFFIN SERVER -> 100 or 200 GT Logs
At the moment the only options are for BB5+ ACTIVATION, not for actual credits.

I dont know from that... not first time when i buy griffin logs from this server. and here http://www.gtibox.com/support/bb5plus.php already need user and pass. in the last time the server gived me user and pass but now not. Cannot undo this job???

Why don't you want to understand what I am saying here.
1. no, once a job is completed, it can't be canceled
2. you don't need to go to that link, we use it to activate boxes, you don't need any user/pass for it
3. when you bought before, there was no bb5+ activation, that's why you got credits and user/pass, right now if you order ACTIVATION, you only get ACTIVATION as I've already explained

Cos in phone is entered 8 x wrong code, it is take lot of time to wait for entering code (large video). The checking procedure is from the opposite site, first entering code and after checking imei (small video). Please try find correct code or give me back 15 credits. Code is in veryfing proccess now. Thanks.
