You get this error on 6300 with SEC (Samsung) flash chip, more exactly SEC K5G5629ATD and not on ones with Spansion chip. Please try to look more better at your phone board! 6300 with Spansion chip is tested and working well. Also, this problem with 6300 with this chip is discussed in this thread:
