Hello,

Shutdown Problem is Possible Due to following Reasons..

1: Drivers Problem ( You may need to reinstall Drivers & Check Either Box is Connecting Properly) ...
2: Old Box Firmware ( Update your Box Firmware to v70 )
3: Viruses ( Your Computer maybe infected with Viruses, Use Good Antivirus & Scan your Computer)
4: Usb Sharing Software ( If you have installed any usb Sharing Software Then You may also Get Same Problem...

These are Common Reasong for That Problem.. Please Check & Let us Know..!

Which OS You are Using? Windows Xp or Vista?

In Windows Xp Mostly it cause of Usb Sharing Softwares or Port Monitoring Softwares if you have any of Them installed on your pc then Uninstall it all will be Ok...

If you are using Windows Vista then Right Click on Micro-Box,s Module then Use it as Admin...

SETTING SPEED TO 115200: OK!
DETECTING E-GOLD TYPE: OK!
READING VERSION: ERROR 1002!
READING IMEI: OK!
READING NCK: OK!
NCK CODE: 51245278
HOW TO: 1. INSERT ACCEPTED SIMCARD AND TAPE 2945#*20001#
2. GO TO MENU>SETTINGS>SECURITY>SIMLOCK AND USE CODE.
LG KP100 READ CODES: END!
