help needed please im trying to install my box again after new hard drive and when i install the driver from micro box folder keeps trying to reinstall even after its installed ???????????keeps saying found new hardware even when the driver is installed ????????

sorry, today I bought the box, but unfortunately I can't use the box.
Always looking for the box, and then comes to not fond.

Hi there

My Problem is: I have installed the box...drivers......Installed InfoReader&Updater......Reads my box and everything ....can go to support area......

BUt when I download the main software files......

It just doesnt open.....

It seems as it doesnt find any microbox software or something.....

Plz help

i'm a new user and i'm on windows 7 i have the driver and software when i plug the box, in device manager the box is conected but cant initialize in "MicroBoxInfoC V1.0" and the "MicroBoxInfoUpdater_cr v1.3 FINAL"
cant open what's the problem? please help.

i received a micro-box, but cannot confirm th activation on site, and the soft doesn't found the box but it's goof connected and display in system : LibUSB-Win32 > Micro-box.
what can be the trouble ?
