I cannot read my serial, and I think the drivers are not instaled corectly, or my box is not good.

I will try to explain all my move from the begining, with a photo.
First I downloaded the drivers, from this page and from suport page (the same), I put the box in the usb cable and found new hardware - micro Box, and give the corect path to the downloaded drivers...after few seconds (minut) the drivers was instaled and receive the mesage : "your new hardware is instaled and ready to use"
But on the com port I dont have any microbox com port only com1 and LPT 1 (see the picture) I have LibUSB - Win32 Device with Micro Box (see the picture)
When I try to read my serial I receive error 1003 or the window disaper

try to install your box on other pc if still same problem contact your reseller

I solve the problem to another pc , I think the first laptop was to slow I quess.......anyway , now I wait for the activation.

Hello, I received the box today. I purchased it in Spain but it comes with the seal of GPG Industries. To register it can I put at RESELLER GPG or must I put the shop who sell it to me?

No We are Not on Holidays, Verification May Took Some Time Specially When You Put an Unknown Reseller or Diffrent Amount In Registeration Form...
